We’ve become accustomed to him teaching defenders a trick or two in the Premier League this season, and now Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez is educating the next generation of future stars.
Supporting the PlayStation® Schools’ Cup, the largest grassroots football tournament in England, Mahrez visited local school Wigston Academy to celebrate their Year 7 team’s achievement of reaching the last eight of the national ESFA Under 12 9-a-side PlayStation Schools’ Cup.
HPS Jardine has worked on the PlayStation Schools’ Cup, the partnership between PlayStation and the English Schools’ FA, since its inception in 2013 and it has now given over 150,000 children in England the chance to experience the pride of representing their school in national football competitions.
